SkillSets Online is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Information comes only from voluntary submission through forms, email, phone, or direct contact. We do not sell or rent your information.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide training access, and fulfill services. It is shared with administrative or support teams only as necessary to fulfill a request or set up an account. We may contact you regarding updates on our offerings, notices about upcoming training promotions, or changes to this privacy policy, unless you request otherwise.
Through your Admin or Manager dashboard, you can view your account data, correct or update your account information, add additional users, and remove users and their data.
Registration may require contact information (name, company, email). This enables service access and relevant communications. We do not collect sensitive demographic information unless it is voluntarily submitted.
Most transactions use purchase orders or invoicing. Some clients provide ACH or credit card information via phone. Credit card information is not kept on file.
Cookies enhance user experience by recognizing repeat visitors, reducing login effort, and tailoring communications. They are not linked to personally identifiable information.
